Blend Polyol with DG Cyclopentane Blowing Agent Developed for Polyurethane Foam Production Supporting Foam Expansion and Thermal Resistance

JY-03 systems are Rigid blend Polyol which is made from Joyway Industrial Co., Ltd.  The blowing agent is Cyclopentane which is DG but total eco-friendly. 

JY-03 systems are made from Rigid Polyether Polyol, Polyester Polyol, silicone oil, catalyst, some other additives.

They can be applied to produce  the dis-continues sandwich panel, continues sandwish panels, ice box, water heater insulation, pipes etc.

JY-03 systems have good mixing property, stable foaming, excellent fluidity and flat surface. The foam produced by the combination of polyether and polymeric MDI has better thermal insulation performance and low temperature dimensional stability.

Package: 200kg per steel drum is normal package. 

Delivery time: Materials can be shipped ASAP after custom inspection due to it's DG.
